Based on fresh and seasonal products, from appetizer to dessert, including garnished dishes or fish, we mainly call on local producers. I am constantly looking for new products, new recipes so as not to fall into routine and to offer originality to our loyal customers. Preparations as new as bread, nougatine or fruit jellies are also made by our team.
